I had the privilege of photographing Bethany from Bethany’s Brides for her studio branding session here in Phoenix, Arizona. She is an incredibly talented makeup artist and wanted images that felt bold, modern, and editorial while still showcasing her artistry and personality.
A Bold Pink Beauty Look for Her Makeup Artist Branding Session
For Bethany’s first look, we went all in on a pink color story. We incorporated makeup brushes and MAC Cosmetics products as props to instantly communicate that these images were created specifically for a makeup artist branding session.

For the second look, we shifted gears and focused more on fashion and beauty. We ditched the brushes and props and kept the attention on Bethany herself.

This is one of my favorite ways to finish a makeup artist branding session because it gives clients a totally different vibe within the same shoot. We topped everything off with a pair of bold Gucci glasses for a little extra attitude, and it was the perfect finishing touch.
