At first glance, AI-generated headshots appear to offer incredible value. Imagine getting 60 headshots for just $45, with only an hour of waiting. No shopping for the right outfit, no pre-shoot jitters, no travel time to a studio, and no waiting for the finished edits.
Sounds perfect, right? Well, not quite.
What Do You Actually Get With AI?
- Unrecognizable Results: I received 60 headshots that looked nothing like the real me.
- Impersonal and Inaccurate: These images challenged my self-worth and highlighted my insecurities. They depicted me as a size I am not, at a weight I do not have, and at an age I passed some time ago. The images showed me in outfits I’d never choose for myself.
- Lack of Cohesion: None of these images supported my brand’s marketing strategy, mission, or values. They did not represent the solutions or opportunities I bring to my clients.
